Veggie soup

Chop the onion, heat some oil in the deep pan and add the onion. Wait a few minutes, stir, add all the chopped veggies you want to eat. I usually take potatoes, carrots, tomatoes, bell papers and zucchini – basically the same veggies used in potatoe recipe, because that are the veggies I usually have in our refrigerator.

Add water, season with red paprika, salt and some pepper.

I boil it for about 20 minutes, then it’s done.

Then there are three options – you can eiter eat it like that, or you can use a stick mixer or any other blender of your choice. You can either blend it all, so it becomes a creamy soup, or just half/half.
