Zucchini stakes

You need; zucchini(s), flour, cheese, oats, egg, breadcrumbs, seasoning.

Grind the zucchinis. Squeeze them with your hands so they won’t be juicy. Your hands are supposed to hurt from squeezing. Add an egg, some flour, oats (you can soak them in milk before you add them, I’ve done it and was sorry, it was all a soggy mess because of it, and season it – and don’t forget to add the cheese as I did.

Make little cakes with your hands, and sprinkle breadcrumbs over it to keep them in form. Put on low heat and wait till they turn golden brown – about 10 minutes on each side.
