bean soup

  • can of beans
  • one big carrot
  • app.2 cups of pasta
  • half an onion

Chop the onion, heat the oil, put the onion in, let it simmer; add chopped carrots (I chop them in round dices, than in 4 quarters), add it to the onion, stir, untill it starts looking like it’s going to get brown.  (BTW, cook the pasta in separate pan). Add water and beans. Cook. I also added some..emm, how is that thing called that you add for thickening, where you mix flour with water? Well, that. In the end, I just added the pasta to the soup.

Voila!
