So, green tea; According to Chinese legend, the story of Green Tea began in 2737 BC when Emperor Shen Nong,

who was known at that time as the “Divine Healer”, knelt before his boiling water, some leaves from a nearby tree blew into the pot. The Emperor noted a delightful aroma and, upon sipping the beverage, proclaimed it as “heaven sent”.
Since this first cup of Green Tea was brewed almost 5,000 years ago, the popularity of tea has increased to the point that it is presently the second most popular beverage in the world. Only water surpasses green tea in popularity.

Jasmine has tiny rose buds in it…I remember my mom saying that we are supposed to make first bach and throw it away, because it’s too potent, and then use the tea at least three times again. I tried it, but I think since the tea has been in the jar for at least 10 years, it must off lost some of the potency, because I can drink it just all right. I had to play around to figure out what dosage to use so the tea is tasty. I also add sugar, lots of it, because I have a sweet tooth 🙂

I really love playing with it, I am making it in the tea pot that at least look chinese, all black and white with rice in it –  I am sure it’s fake but it looks nice and tastes good, I am loving it!

Update; just found  this on the Metal mouth.
