Hiding something under sauerkraut

My grannie did this the other day. It was surprisingly tasty!!

Sauerkraut is insanely healthy, and I like it just ok, and here it’s called “winter food”.

So; you need rice, ground meat, and sauerkraut. Oil+ a little onion and meat, cook; cook rice, and wash the sauerkraut in the water a little; rice can only be half cooked, but the meat, I would cook that one throughly. So, you take  a pan (the one for the oven) and you do layers; you can only do three, or if you have small but deep pan, you can make more; first is meat, cover that with rice, and cover that with the sauerkraut. Put in the oven, let it cook.

Voila!
