Love them!

Recipe by Gluten free diva; they make just the right amount so I can eat them for several days, but not too much. You don’t need as much flour as my other favorite recipe, where you need 3 cups – they make too much cookies for me.

They only need 10 minutes to bake, and they stayed in shape, mostly, they are not as big and flat as the ones on the photo on the recipe page. I didn’t change anything but only used half of sugar amount and different flours. Oh, and I didn’t used macadamia nits, but walnuts.
