Tuna spread for hungry but lazy people

You can make it as a sandwich or as a spread; if I make it as a sandwich, I put it in the toaster so the cheese melts and it can pass over as a warm meal 🙂

You’ll need a can of tuna, some cheese, half of an onion, pickles, mustard ketchup and mayo.

Drain the can of tuna, and mashed it up. Chop the onion and pickles to tiny pieces, add them to the mashed up tuna, and add  ketchup, mayo and mustard – you choose for yourself how much of each, if any, you want it.  Stir; you can chop some cheese and add it in there, or you can cut it and place it over the tune so it will be less messier to eat.

There is another version, but this one can only be used as in “cold” spread; you drain the tuna and mix it with some generic cheese spread; I think something like this could work. I use hand mixer; looks weird at first, but it comes out nice and smooth.
Enjoy!
